SystemExec Error for launching Windows SoundRecorder

Hi,

I am facing this strange issue.I couldn't be able to launch SoundRecorder application through SystemExec function, I have tried the following options,

 

I am getting this error,

Error Code : 2

Source : System Exec.vi. Command was "SoundRecorder.exe"

Reason : LabVIEW:  Memory is full.=========================NI-488:  No Listeners on the GPIB.

I even have tried writing the command in a batch file and tried to execute through SystemExec command. But, nothing worked

When I try the same code to launch some windows accessories application like calculator, it is working properly as expected.

Have you faced this type of issue and do you know how to circumvent it?
