System tab does not want to change colour

Solved!
Go to solution

In the program attached, i use a tab control attached to a system tab. The system tab seems to stay white, even when I simply click and add a new one via the controls pallet. Whatever I do, whatever I try, i cannot change the colour. Not with a proberty node with a constant or a control terminal.
Anyone have any idea's on why this does not seem to be working?

Hi qdsdh,

this is expected behaviour of ALL system controls!

They ALWAYS use the colors defined in your system (aka Windows settings)…

If you look at that video, it seems possible to change the proberties of the tab control. However, this is incorrect?

In that video, at 0:26, she says she is using the tab control from the Classic palette.  That lets you change the color.  The controls from the system palette do not let you change colors because their style comes from windows settings, as stated earlier.
