Try this vi.
Well that worked beautifully , but I have no idea what I was doing wrong. How did you get those subVIs like that? I know you said change to static VI, but I guess I need more details than that because that didn't work for me/ I didn't do something right.

If you go to the Application and Control palette, then pick a static VI reference, you will get something that looks like this:
You can then drag a vi from windows explorer and drop it on this icon, and labview will create a reference to that vi. Alternatively you can right click on the Static VI Reference icon, choose "Browse for Path", and select a vi that way.
