Support Issue

Hi Technical Support,

We have National instrument in Micrometrology  Engineering Lab at San Jose State University. But it is not working so please can you give us a connector/adapter from that cable to USB or change the cable entirely. We are ready to purchase the new adapter or cable- it is only a matter of availability.

Please help urgently.

Thank You Very Much!

If you go to the Web (type "Google" into Windows) and put the name of the piece of NI Hardware you have, you will should be able to find in NI's web site information about the device, including the cables and accessories that it uses.  Do a little work, yourself ...

This is not technical support, its the LabVIEW forum. Call your local sales representative and they will help you.

Hi Akshay,

If you're looking for NI's technical support, you should submit a "Service Request" (see this article for details: Open a Service Request Case Using the NI Service Request Manager (SRM))

Here on the forums, questions are more often about how to do some task, or how to solve some problem. Questions for guidance on hardware choice are also reasonable, but repair requests/replacements need to be addressed to NI (forum users generally are not NI staff, and don't represent NI - exceptions have blue names (at least last time I checked, the forum layout changes pretty often recently))
