Super-Resolution

I am attempting to find the Super Resolution tool in Labview but I am unable to do so.

On page 86 is the program which I am attempting to find. The document is from 2001 but I figured they would keep the feature around.

Any pointers or advice would be appreciated.

You might investigate NI's Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit.  I haven't used "super-resolution", but have used Time-Frequency analysis, which is covered both by the 2001 package you referenced and the Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit.
