Strange & sudden errors: Labview 6.0 & FP 2.0?

In an industrial application with labview 6.0& fieldpoint 2.0, our system has run smoothly for two years.
Suddenly the program started locking up occasionally. Getting error 32804, and the screen would split into multiple windows with never before seen graphics. Doing a hard reboot does not help, but closing the program and relaunching does. Any ideas?

P.S. I've installed a new computer with Windows XP Home Ed. Does anybody have any long term issues with XP home (I also upgraded to Labview 6.2 and Fieldpoint 3.0)

Thanks

This sounds like there is a break point set in the code.

I will also venture a guess that that an error of some type is forcing the application into a routine that is normally not encountered.

So,
it sounds like there are TWO problems.

For more information on the 32804 error, please check the response to the following Developer Exchange post.

I have no knowledge of any problems with FieldPoint Explorer 3.0 and Windows XP, but if I recall correctly, Windows XP was released after FP Explorer 3.0. You may want to try upgrading to 3.0.2.
