Strange licensing error

My company makes an ActiveX driver for our hardware, which does not
require a license. One of our clients, however, gets an error message
giving some generic spiel about some ActiveX controls needing a
license when she tries to insert it into LabVIEW. She can insert it
into Excel just fine, and I can put it in LabVIEW here at the office.
She went so far as to install Visual C++, which we used to create the
control, still no luck. She's using LabVIEW 6.0, we're using 5.1.

Anybody heard of anything like this before?

Thanks,
Sam Skuce

Here is a Knowledge Base on NI's website which seems to refer to a similar issue. However, I think you took care of this problem by installing Visual C++. Is she able to insert it into Visual C++?
