Start Web Server

I am trying to get my application to be view over the web. I can do a preview of the application on a local drive, but I can't click on Start Web Server.

Can someone tell me why?

I called Ni and they didn't know the reason.

Is it because of the license issue or something?

Ni told me that with the license I have, it shouldnt be the problem.

Start Web Server—Starts the LabVIEW Web Server. This option is disabled if the Web Server is already running.

sorry to post that....but i found the answer
