Spo2 measurement using LabVIEW and Arduino

Please help me to rectify error in code.

I want to measure spo2 level using LabVIEW and Arduino.I used Linx to interface arduino with LabVIEW .

I am attaching my VI file,kindly go through it and help me.

1. I had to Google spo2 to find out what it means? 
2. What O2 sensor are you using
3. How is the sensor interfaced to the Arduino?
4. You said you used LINX but I see no LINX in the code you posted?
