You need to attempt to do your own homework.  If you get stuck somewhere, then post a specific question about where you are stuck.

• I would not use Mathscript for this at all. All math can be done in pure G.
• I would use a radiobutton indicator for the three LEDs. (Or even a single color LED, changing color and boolean text depending on input)
• Your subject is "solve". All the math looks already solved, you just need to implement it. Did you get a starting template?
• How far did you get on your own?
