I don't know if there are publicly available drivers for LabVIEW, I wrote my own stuff years ago based on thier BASIC stuff for DOS. I wrote for both IEE488 (1150 FRA) and later RS232 (1250FRA). There are many different variants so you may need to take care on the exact variant that you are using.
From memory, the system has available 3 interfaces, RS232, IEE488 and RS422, you don't mention what interface that you intend to use.
Essentially the command set consists of 2 letter commands followed by a parameter, if it is required by the command. You will need the manual, where all details of how to program the unit are contained in a clear and concise manner (it's a really well written manual).
You can read the status of the instrument and set all parameters from the externaly sent commands, from one or more interfaces.
I checked out the website but it has always been clunky and unresponsive at best, however perhaps you will fare somewhat better?
It seems to ask for a login to get at the downloads and I got bored at this point.

It's a bit long in the tooth that model and I believe that they have a newer model available with significantly improved performance. Note that the company has recently been aquired by another company (AMTEK) .... again.
If you really can't get something running; then post a suitable response and I will see what I can dig out of my very deep cupboard for you.
