Software Quadrature Decode

Does NI have any VIs for handling quadrature decoding in software?

I'm capturing my quadrature encoder signals as analog, and I'd like to decode them with software.

Ken,

Could you please be more specific?  Are you doing QPSK and reading from a file?  You could pay for the LabVIEW modulation toolkit but you could also write the routines yourself depending on what you plan on doing and how well you know LabVIEW.
