What does your keyboard generate when holding down one key while pressing another? I do not know of any standard keyboard on any common desktop OS which can report two keys (other than modifier keys, of course) pressed simultaneously.

Perhaps you need to think about the user interface in terms of what the hardware and OS can do.

Hmm only the first key is generated and it does not read the second key

I get up to 6 keys with the following code. Using Windows 7 and a Logitech G110 keyboard

(the arrow keys won't register more then 2 at a time)
