Simple Scaling Problem

Hi I was wondering if anyone can offer some advice to this very simple problem.

I have an output of -32768 to 32768

i need to scale this so that i get a new output of 0 to 10

The only way i can think of doing it is by using a formula node but the if else statment si am using only give a result of 4 and 5  rather than the whole scale of o to 10

Can anyone help?
