Shared Variable (I/O server) Deployment error

hello,

I'm beginner in Labview and want to develop Vision Application and using OPC server 2016 (V5.19.492.0) to get data from SIEMENS PLC S7-1200.

When trying to deploy shared library (i/o server), error occurs:  "Unable to query Measurement & Automation Explorer for the Network Variable Engine. Make sure the Network Variable Engine (which installs support for network-published shared variables) exists on the RT target and check that the network connection is valid.)."

I checked services () and already Running.

 I'm using Labview 2021 32 bit. with

• Real-Time Module
• Vision Development Module
• Datalogging and supervisory control module

error Message 👇

I checked services (NI Variable Engine, NI PSP Service Locator, NI Configuration Manager) and already Running.
