Share Variable Problem

Hello

I am using several arrays share variables to send data between my NI-3110RT and 3 computers. The share variables are working well but when I stop the VI that runs on the NI-3110RT the share variables still have the old value in. Even if I disconnect the TCP/IP the share variables still show the old value in. 

How can I set my share variables on the 3 computers to zero when my VI on my NI-3110RT is not running but I still have a good TCP/IP connection?

I am using the “Open and Verify Variable Connection.VI” but it gives me no error when I stop sending data from the industrial controller.

Shared Variables.

When you stop the VI, why don't you have the VI write zeroes to the shared variables as the final step of cleanup within the VI before it ends?
