Set microphone volume programatically

I have been trying to set the microphone volume programatically through LabVIEW

and searched the forum.

I ve got some VI which sets the output speaker volume (working) and has a option for setting

the volume for mic input(not working).

Can anyone help to get this done.

Hi shrekt,

if i use your vi's and change one of the constants to "Microphone In", then it works. Where do you have problems?

thanks for your intrest but by changing some values in vi mixervolume and changing the source to 80000001 i got the solution

i think u got it without changing anything just the variable but it wasnt coming on my pc
