Set / Reset Function

What does Labview use for the Set / Reset (Latch / Unlatch) function?  I want to lock on a light on the first occurance of a pulse, then reset the light from another pulse.  This would prevent the light from flickering as the following pulses come and go.

A proper logical design involving case structure and booleans/ integers should achieve this
