Then the problem is not with LabVIEW. The settings are wrong, the command is wrong, or the cable is wrong (irrelevant that it works with a different device). What does the vendor say? Their tech support should be able to troubleshoot the issue.

Are you sure "Stop Bits" is supposed to be set to "10"?

To the VISA API, that is 1 stop bit.  If the OP used the ring, it would show "1.0".
