Serial Port - RS 232 - Error
Are you sure the command starts with the quatation mark? And are you sure of the termination characture?
Also make sure you have baud rate, stop bits, parity set up correctly for the instrument.
Have you tried sending this command with Hyperterminal? This will tell you if it's a problem with the instrument, the port or your LabVIEW code.
