You need a while loop to run the for loop more than once as I said. It should be fairly clear when you don't use the run continuous button.

If you send all 3 values at once, you can't avoid getting all three at the same time. A single VISA Read. No silly case statements or difficulty in writing to file. A single Spreadsheet String to Array and a single write to file.
