Sense Run-Time or Development Environment?

Hi Gang,

I want to use case structures in my app depending on whether the app is running under LV or is compiled and running under run-time. How to quit the app being a prime example.  I've found an application property called "application property environment mode," but it doesn't seem to return anything.

I'll appreciate all enlightenment.
