Send SMS

Dear Sir,

I am writing to ask about sending SMS via a mobile phone. I am doing a project by using a labview to send it. As I saw labview web page, there was an example code. But i still can't send SMS. I want to ask "is it any software needed to synchronize a mobile(nokia 3310) with a PC. If yes, where i can download it. If no, why i can't get response from the mobile.

I hope that someone can give me some idea and suggest some methods. Thank you very much.

My platform is using windows98 and labview 6.0.

There is a software called Nokia PC Connectivity SDK Developers that may be worth checking out as well as a lot of documentation on SMS for the newest NOKIA phones.
