Self Calibration error USB-6221

Hi,

My USB-6221 was stopped for a long time, when I went to connect and test, some errors appeared,
All AI channels are measuring +-11.1V and when I go to test the AO channels, both channel 0 and channel 1 are +-2 volts.

When I run the self calibration this error appears, in the analog input test panel, there is this error.

I couldn't find documentation on how to do the external calibration.

The external calibration on USB-6221 cannot be carried out by the user. You need to contact NI and send in the hardware.
