When I open Measurement and Automation, and then scan for instruments, straight away I get a blue screen and it reboots. The dump doesn't stay up long enough to read it. If I install HP Vee, this error doesn't occur. Any ideas?

In order to stop the computer rebooting immediatley right click on "my computer" and select properties. Goto the advanced tab and select startup and recovery settings, on the system failure tab deselect the checkbox that says "automatically restart".
