What VI is the warning occurring at? Does it have anything to do with an XML toolkit (this is the only reference I managed to locate on this code)? What other problems are you seeing with your code, if any? Are you using any VIs that might be considered unusual? What modules are you using in scan mode?
One recommendation would be to walk through the code in highlight execution mode to figure out exactly where the warning occurs.
