Sampling rate problem

Hi there, I am working in data acquisition of temperature sensor NiCrNi and I save it into csv file. I have problem in sampling rate. I have test with the different frequency range ( from 1-10Khz) and The csv file results that not supposed to be ( I check it with the time count. For example if the sampling rate is 100, so the time between each sample supposed to be 1s/100= 10ms. But thats not happen when I open the csv file). I think I missed something important here.

I hope you guys understand what I meant and you can help me with it.
