SNAP? command

Hello,

I am trying to collect more than one value at a time using SR810 using the "SNAP?i,j" command (data transfer Command). I connect this to GPIB Write.

But it is not reading 2 values. Is this command correct for GPIB wite? or do I have to use "OUTP?" command?

Thanks!

go through your device guide to which you  want to communicate, and just in case check manual page 99 for detailed description.

Thanks.... So if I give SNAP?1,2,4,9 ...I expect values like" 1.2e-8,3.0e-8,60,20" as output. But my output is simply

"1.2e-8,". Other values are missing.

If I give SNAP?9,9 (...asking reference freq twice)..it gives "20,20".

Then If  I give SNAP?9,9,9.....ouptput is "20," .......which is again missing numbers after comma.

I am not sure if byte counts in GPIB read is causing problem...
