I have developed a program for measuring S-parameters using the example file available in the PNA instrument driver. I made large modifications to that program and integrated some of the E5270b blocks to apply bias, and also output the measured data in S2P file.
I have developed the program such that it will prompt the user to select the bias mode as SPOT or SWEEP. When I select SWEEP and specify start, stop and step values for the bias and measure the S-parameters, for some reason the output S2P file contains the data just for one particular bias. Also in the S2P file it doesn't mention at which bias the measured values are reporting.
Is there anyway to keep track of bias values in the S2P file also why is the reason the S-parameters are measured at one particular bias though I am sweeping across some range and want the data for each step size.
