Hi,

I' trying to measure S parameter of an amplifier in NI STS tester. I have hardware setup of PXI 5645R VST and NI 5530 RF subsystem. How can I do S parameter test using this hardware with LabVIEW? and How NI 5530 helps us to do S measurement? Whether RFSA is not required for this measurement? could anyone please help me on this..

There are dedicated vis under RFPM palette for S parameter measurements.
