Run program through some event

Adding the event will only add another case in the structure. I want, apart from the events such as, key up/ down or move mouse etc., i should be able to add more events from my side. How is that possible

ok you can add multiple events such as key down, key up, ect...... just by right clicking the event case

See, the snapshot which you have sent, already has some preset events in it!!!! Now similar to these events, i want to add event cases from my side which are not in the selection menu.
