Go to solution

Hi Guys

I have prepared  a Vi n i am ure it has no errors but when trying to Run it by pressing RUN it only runs for 3 seconds and then stops running. but it works good when pressing run continuously. but the problem is that continuous running is not a normal way of  running a VI .

Hope you can give me some help .

Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Thank you .

Are you seeing any error code in the Error Out cluster on the front panel?

Well, if I disable errors, the VI doesn't stop until I hit the Stop button.

Can you provide a screenshot of your front panel after it stops?

BTW: You have a duplicate Stop button control that's not connected to anything.

Unless someone else sees something I'm not...I can't think of a logical reason for the loop to terminate except for the two obvious conditions.

One more thing Mr.Bill, n i hope you can help me too

what do you suggest in this case ?

I have a signal to be displayed using waveform graph. ( I am acquiring a real time signal ) All i want to do is to see this signal moving from right to left keeping data updated but without letting me see the old pieces of the signal ( Just like in ECG monitors ) .

I have tried to to enable and disable autoscale on both X axis and Y Axis . I tried everything but nothing revealed . it keeps making me see the old  displayed data + the signal that is updating . :S I have posted this question more than 5 times but no one seemed to have exact answer .

Thank you .
