Resetting a countdown timer

Hi, I have made a countdown timer that starts when the tempratures from the FP are above 30 C. It starts, but over rides the timed loop... Also if the tempratue drops the timer still continues... If anyone can suggest anything about what to do, would be greatful.

I will post the VI soon (before 12 GMT).

V2.2 is the one that the above post refers too.

V.2.3 was my attempt to fix this 😞 Can someone please advise me if I am heading in the right direction please
