Report generation

i need to generate a report in Excel. i want to have a table in which some column entries should be manual and some will get data online.

How can i do this??

You can do either by using ActiveX calls to MS Excel properties & methods or by using the Excel VIs available with the Report Generation (which is a licensed addon) toolkit.

See here. Also, search these forums, you ll get a lot of examples.

But to see/use the VIs, you may need the RG toolkit.
