Remote Panels

Hello,

Does anyone know if you can create remote panels that will run on
unix and linux machines? From what I understand, the user must d/load a
browser plugin to use the panel, and I can't seem to find a unix
version.

Richard,

Yes, you can view remote panels on Linux. You must copy the Netscape plug-in (LVNPlugin.so) from the LabVIEW Run-time Engine package to either Netscape 6.x or Mozilla 0.9.x. (You will also need the Run-time Engine installed on your machine as well.) I have run remote panels on Linux many times.
