Is there any way to programmatically determine if a user is connected to a LabVIEW remote front panel in a browser?

There is a tool, I think it is in project directory/remotepanels.llb.
It will tell you which machines are connected and which VIs they are
viewing. It also gives you network bandwidth usage measurements. Try
to reuse some of that tool.
