Refnum Problems

I created the refnum for the Results Cluster in my Sub VI ...but i would like it be a strict type def.and want to link it  to my main VI.Attached is my VI.The sub VI is called Set_DO_Result.vi.

Hi Testdev,

There are quite a few files in that zip.  Is it possible to cut down to a very specific example so that it is easier to see what you are trying to do?  Thanks.
