Reading ATML with LabVIEW

I have inherited 200+ TestStand generated ATML results files.  I need to combine the test measurements from each file into a single Excel Spreadsheet, ideally using LabVIEW.  I have no experience of crunching XML or ATML in LabVIEW and currently cannot even open the files in a useable format.  If anyone has done this sort of thing before or knows how to do it and can provide me with a starting point (or two) it would be appreciated?

Thanks for the reply.  I have not had much exposure to DIAdem, but did read on ni.com that people had imported TestStand results into it.

It doesn't help me though as I do not have access to DIAdem.
