Read multiple files in folder and append data to one file

Sir I programmed to append a couple of files in a single text file.

But I want to append a certain range of text files with string names for example ABC040 to ABC110 from 1000 files naming from ABC000 to ABC999, what will the tool for selecting this range according to their file name??
