Read VBX Spread Sheet

Does anybody know, how to read the VBX Speedsheet using LabVIEW. I am not able to find.

What's a VBX spreadsheet? I did a Google search and the only stuff that seemed to make any sense as far as references to it (related to Visual Basic extensions) was something from 15 years ago.
