Read GIF LV6.1

Hi all,

I'm trying to programmatically read a GIF and draw it to my front panel using LV6.1. I've found the solution here, but it is in 7.1 format. Is there anyone who has this in 6.1 or can convert?

I would like to upgrade versions, but this is for a big business so procuring new software is close to impossible.
