I filed Bug 2259958 on the wire label cosmetic issue.

I read through the thread about debugging visualizations happening in the wrong order. It was already filed as CAR 739508 (Bug 173308 in the new Bug system), but it looks like LV R&D has not prioritized it for any upcoming releases.

I replied to the VI Analyzer one too, it's (arguably undesired) behavior that has existed since the toolkit's 1.0. 

For future reference, for reporting bugs, there's two ways:

Formal bug report: Follow the steps here.

Informal bug report: If it's something I can easily reproduce in LabVIEW and doesn't require hardware, send me a PM with a link to to the forum post and I'll take care of it.
