RT - Labview - Bioreactor - *.ctl in 2 element cluster

I attempted to recreate the attached code, this is what I got for the portion I recreated.

 

1. Does it matter this box is on top and how do you get it on the bottom?

 

2. Why isn’t this tunnel a thicker green line around perimeter like bioreactor example?

No it doesn't matter. The wire would be broken if the data types did not match.

I did not open the zip file, but it is probably set to "Use Default if Unwired".

This is a right-click option on the tunnel.

If the wire is broken because they datatypes don't match, then yes, the problem could be that the cluster element order does not match. You might have the right elements in the cluster, but they also need to be in the correct order. If the cluster is set to "Arrange Vertically" then the elements will be in order vertically. To change that order, right-click the cluster border and choose Reorder Controls in Cluster.
