RAD - Deployment of my image fails

I have a cRIO 9076 application with RT, bitfile and webservice running, working fine and all OK when manually deloyed.  I have created an image using the RAD 14.0 utility and need to deploy this to other controllers now.  When I deploy the successfully created image, it ends with the following error log.  Everything copied, but the app is running on reboot and so my customer cannot deploy more copies, which he needs to do in the field.  This error message doesn't mean much to me, but is listed on this page as well.

LOG FROM RAD:

cRIO-9076 7527 016584EA 00:80:2f:13:34:34 192.168.1.240 SleeveShiftDAQ Kobold Sleeve Shift Detector 1.0.2 100% Error -2147220369 at nisyscfg.lvlib:Set System Image (Folder).vi:2060001<APPEND>

Status code lookup of error -2147220369

http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/373242J-01/nisyscfgcvi/statuscodes/

NISysCfg_EncryptPhraseMismatch -2147220369  The encryption passphrase when applying an image was not the same as when the image was created.

This error makes no sense to me, as the RT is using all the default 'blank' passwords, so there is no encryption passphrase.

Any help on this, not sure what else can be done?

Hi Mike,

This issue has been seen in the past and can be caused if there are username or password differences on the deployment target and the development target. If the image is deployed and the target restarts, then the error shouldn't be an issue.

Can you clarify what you mean by "your customer cannot deploy more copies"?

Thanks andrew, I'm working with an AE now on this.  It deploys the files, but the start app isn't running, the FPGA isn't running and the web services in the app, isn't running, so that is what I mean by the customer can't deploy anything.  The error in this case is not caused by username / password, as its all default on both the new and image to deploy.  Anyway, there is something else in the application it seems like it failing, I'm wroking on narrowing it down as a simple app (LED flasher) deploys fine.

Are you black listing any files or folders when you retrieve or deploy the image?

Hi Mike_King,

I´m having the same problem. How did you solve this error?

Thank you.

HI GM,

I believe when we worked with Mike on this, he ended up turning on a black list for the data folder, to ensure there wasn't a file in use causing a permission error. This could be a good step to try.

Hi BennyBenson,

can you specify what you mean with data folder? I´m trying to deploy an application for an sbRIO-9612 with VXWorks.

Thank you.

The following document shows were the deployed data is located on the target: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/0D15A413244257E586257CE1006C1405.

Hi Brian,

thank you for your advice, I even tried formatting the sbRIO with MAX, but I still get the same error when I try to deploy an application. I uploaded a screenshot of the error. Can you suggest another solution?
