Question regarding creating .DLL from Labview

Do I need activated Labview to create .dll?

Thanks,

Building a DLL should require the use of the Application Builder interface, so as long as you have that working (activated or not), then in theory you could.  If your DLL creates any LabVIEW windows, they might be watermarked though.

Of course, unless you do have a permanent license that you're just having problems with temporarily, you wouldn't be allowed (legally) to use that for anything with a commercial purpose.

Kyle,

Thank you for quick response.  Do you know best way to incorporate .DLL created from Labview into Ni Teststand?

In TestStand, you can call LabVIEW VI directly, no need to build dll.
