Hy,

 

In DMA data transfer mechanism we have got a correct sinus signal but in Programmad I/O we have got this wrong signal. Why? 🙂

I don't know what kind of help you expect to receive when you provide so little information.

 

Try posting a VI so we can see what you are doing.
