Programitically deploy a Real-Time source distribution.

I want to programitically deploy a Real-Time source distribution from my host VI.  I assume I need to FTP the build but I am not sure what file or files from the build need to be sent.

Also, there is a get set example that shipped with LabVIEW 2012.  You can find that using the Example Finder from the help menu of LabVIEW.  Just search for "RT".
