Has anyone been able to solve this mystery? Please help.

I guess that I am not completely sure what you are looking to do? Do you want multipule plots on a single graph or do you want stacked graphs that display data for one curve? You should be able to do either of these but it would be helpful to understand what you are looking to do.

I can do multiple plots on a graph, but I want to do a stack where I can bring all the plots to the same baseline if I want to do a comparison for example. More like stacking them on top of each other where they would technically overlap on each other.

Hello,
Have you tried to create an array with all the plots data before sending them to the graph?
Also this information might be helpful for you.
Here it is a way to handle Stack Plots or Overlay Them in a Waveform chart.

I am able to do that. i guess when i remove the offset i expected them to have similar baseline.

This is how I do my offset and stack
