Program Debug IMAQ Transcoding

I brought a Jpeg Image Data into Labview and resized it for a cell phone. I shrunk the picture and made it three times smaller. We have the Vi's for encoding and decoding and we are putting together all 3 Vi's together, however were having a problem with the IMAQ tool kit. We have one connection problem on the VI's thats not letting us run our program.
