Hi everyone!
Recently I want to use NI 9212 to collect the temperature. However the data I collected is far from the range.
I'm using the K type thermocouple, and there seems no problem with all aspects of wire. I cannot find sample application about NI 9212 as well .
Can somebody explain what is wrong?
Thanks!

You say you are using a type K, but your DAQ task setup if set for Type T.

Sorry, I just wanted to show an example.
I used the different types of thermocouple for testing, and the results were all beyond the scope of the standard.
When I set the type for T, the data was about 50000; when I set the type for K , the data was about 2800...

At first, we used wires to extend the NI 9212 in the case for convenience.
However, the material of the wires cannot transmit the temperature data of the thermocouple. So the data we collected is not accurate.
Later we connected the thermocouple directly to NI 9212. It's right.
